At Medley, our 43-acre mixed-use destination coming to Johns Creek, we are resuscitating a dead suburban office park and infusing our secret sauce to building community. By definition, a medley is a "varied mixture of people or things." It can be a compilation of songs, a salad dish or even an event in a swim meet. For us, Medley represents the array of uses, flavors and experiences we are bringing to Johns Creek, as well as the great diversity of people we are serving in this community. If last week's groundbreaking was any indication, Medley is going to be loved by many. We can't wait to celebrate the opening of Johns Creek's very own Third Place on October 29, 2026.

Tomorrow, the TDC team is putting the ceremonial shovels into the ground at Medley, one of the only mixed-use projects of this scale and complexity to break ground this year.
