Yesterday was a truly special day at the DePaul Cristo Rey High School Corporate Partner Breakfast! I had the honor of accepting two awards on behalf of North American Properties: recognition for being a Corporate Partner for 10 Years and the incredible recognition of being named Corporate Partner of the Year.   The event was a powerful reminder of the importance of the Corporate Work Study Program. This program provides students with opportunities to learn valuable life skills, exposes them to diverse career paths, helps them discover their potential, prepares them for life after high school, and shapes them into leaders. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside eight exceptional students whose determination, energy, unique perspectives, and personal stories have left a lasting impression on me. As we continue celebrating 70 Years of North American Properties, we're thrilled to showcase the incredible offices behind our success! Today, we're turning the spotlight on our Ft. Myers office. 🌟 In 1988, North American Properties expanded its footprint and opened its second office in Ft. Myers, Florida, with Managing Partner Dale Hafele. Dale was involved with the development, administration, and financing of real estate activities in Cincinnati before moving to Florida to help build the NAP Ft. Myers office from the ground up! The Fort Myers office focuses on bringing Publix-anchored retail centers to communities. The team is dedicated to seamlessly matching each project into the existing fabric so that it is meaningful and provides a purpose for the people who live there and depend on it. Under Dale's leadership, the Florida office has developed more than 3.8 million square feet of commercial space and entitled and permitted approximately 300 acres of multi-use projects.
