One of my favorite, slept-on G2 features are our customer reference pages. These pages are superrr simple to create and you can crank out several based on feature, use case, persona, etc. Basically ready-to-go pieces of content ready to include in your marketing campaigns, all revolving around peer reviews. Also a fantastic lever to pull when you’re handling competitor objections 😏 Wish I'd known about these when I was a rep back in the day. Here’s an example I created for G2 Buyer Intent.
You can personalize these with:
- Hand-selected reviews from your G2 profile (with the same filtering you have on a G2 profile page so you can highlight a review from a specific segment or job role). In my example here I wanted a combination of reviews from SMB, MM, ENT
- Custom CTAs (I included our interactive tour via Tourial & standard demo page)
- G2 reports and badges, in addition to including your own branded e-books, guides, etc
