Last night, my colleague Adam Mills & I had the honor of attending The Community Preservation Corporation's 50th year anniversary party at the Tribeca Rooftop + 360° It was a fantastic event and we were both grateful to be able to hear from CPC's CEO, Rafael E. Cestero regarding the impact the organization has had on the affordable housing market in New York. Furthermore, it was a very nice surprise to have Governor Hochul as a guest speaker!
