The AIT program at Trilogy is second to none. The preceptors are invested in your success and give you different learning opportunities - whether it’s working in their building or touring another campus to gain different perspectives. And the support doesn’t end when the AIT program is over. To this day, I still reach out to my preceptor for guidance - and without hesitation, he’s always there to help. Berto Nunez, Executive Director at Paddock Springs, is another Trilogy success story – having served as an Administrator In Training that would one day prepare him for the Executive Director role. Commonly referred to as “AiTs”, Administrators in Training earn as they learn with a development experience that includes: • A structured rounding plan. From Culinary to Life Enrichment, participants experience working alongside every Trilogy department as they complete their mandatory AiT hours. • Training courses focused on leadership skills and getting participants acquainted with Trilogy culture. • Dedicated time and resources to help our AiTs prepare for the LNHA/HFA exam. Trilogy welcomes the newest SVP of Customer Experience! Trilogy is excited to announce Melissa Larmour , MHA,LNHA promotion to Senior Vice President, Customer Experience. In this role, Melissa will oversee Culinary, Life Enrichment and Legacy, Customer Satisfaction and Service Standards. Melissa is a motivated leader with more than 20 years of experience in health care. She has spent the last 10 years as a Division Vice President at Trilogy, and she has known and lived Trilogy Service Standards throughout her career. Her knowledge and application of the Standards set her apart and made her the perfect fit for this role. In addition, Melissa is a highly engaged and motivated service-minded leader who has excelled in all parts of our operations. During her tenure, she has built strong teams, enhanced growth and created happy residents wherever she goes. Melissa will step into the role when Rhonda Sanders-Simmonds retires. Rhonda has remained committed to providing outstanding service and has had a lasting impact on us all. As Rhonda prepares for her next chapter, we know that she and Melissa are working together to ensure a seamless transition. We can’t wait to see what the future holds!

That's a wrap on the 2024 Trilogy Golf Scramble! Over the past two days, we’ve enjoyed our annual golf competition supporting The Trilogy Health Services Foundation - kicking of the festivities with a reception dinner on Sunday, followed by the scramble itself on Monday. Family and friends had the opportunity to "bring the swing" to the greens at Hurstbourne Country Club, where teams competed to see who would take home this year's trophy.
