The foundation of all learning happens in our students' first classrooms. What do K-12 educators, students, and parents across West Virginia need to be the most successful? Developing real-world adaptability in a classroom setting isn't an easy feat. How do you train the skills students will actually need in their careers? 🤔 This WVU professor is doing everything he can to guide his students through real-world scenarios and prepare them to adapt to a vast landscape of emerging technologies. Dr. Tom Devine's role often comes with tough decisions, like choosing not to invest too heavily into an industry request in order to protect and promote his students' adaptability. ⚖️   In addition to his role as a professor at WVU, Dr. Devine served on the Cybersecurity Workforce Planning Group, an initiative of the Governor of West Virginia to align industry and academia to close the cybersecurity skills gap.
