The Triple Oak Power team was energized by this year’s Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy (WRISE) Leadership Forum. It was inspiring to be among 800 other participants, and who share these values and a common goal – growing sustainable energy together. Special thanks to WRISE Executive Director Doseke Akporiaye for her leadership and the WRISE team and volunteers for pulling off such a great gathering of women leaders, and to Solar Energy Industries Association CEO Abby Hopper for welcoming us to her Solar Sisters reception. #WRISE2024 #CleanEnergy #SustainableBusiness #GenderEquity #Diversity

Triple Oak Power honors Indigenous Peoples' Day and key roles indigenous leaders and tribal communities play in growing sustainable energy. Indigenous people have long championed clean energy. As we partner with communities in places like Arizona, Oklahoma, and other states, we’re grateful for opportunities to engage with people representing diverse sovereign nations stewarding indigenous lands. #IndigneousPeoplesDay #SustainableEnergy #RenewableEnergy #WindPower

Triple Oak Power is excited to participate in this year’s Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy (WRISE) Leadership Forum in Washington, D.C. As a renewable energy company that’s serious about gender parity – 45% of our employees are women – we strongly support WRISE’s mission. This year’s theme, “Amplifying Our Voices,” aligns with Triple Oak’s values and culture. Our company is built on the fundamental belief that we’re a better clean energy development business when diverse talent is at the table. Our team presence will include: Karen Nashiwa, Triple Oak’s acting General Counsel, will speak as a panel participant on “Break the cycle of bad management to eliminate career trauma.” Leadership team members and longtime clean energy champions Ann E. Gravatt, Vice President of External Affairs, and Shobha Susan Eason, Exec Women's Leadership Certificate, MSIE, Senior Director of Operations, are attending the Forum. Triple Oak is proudly sponsoring a coffee and snack break to help keep attendees charged. #WomenInRenewables #WomenLeaders #RenewableEnergy #WRISE

Triple Oak Power reposted this
Before heading to our Board meeting in New York last week, I enjoyed sharing a great meal and conversation with our Cabin Creek Wind project landowner partners in Craig County, Oklahoma. Cabin Creek Wind includes over 30 local ranchers and landowners aiming to protect their land's legacy while helping the Craig County community prosper. The juxtaposition of time spent with our landowner partners in rural OK followed by doing the same with our investor partners in hyper-urban NYC further validated a few things for me: 1. Conversations over meals, wherever we are in the country, cover common ground that connects us all - family, health, and prosperity 2. Investment in rural America toward energy independence is a non-partisan matter, with opportunities for economic as well as environmental sustainability 3. I love my job and am blessed with the TOP team! Recently the Triple Oak Power team traveled to Sunriver, Oregon for our annual offsite. Due to wildfires in the area, we unexpectedly had to move our offsite to Portland. Our team showed great focus and flexibility, reinforcing the special bond and culture we share across our diverse nationwide team. We met our offsite goals despite the sudden location shift. Gathering together enabled us to step aside from the daily push to center on our company vision, growth goals and priorities as we enter next business stages. Triple Oak’s depth and breadth of talent is what makes us unique. As we move full speed ahead developing sustainable energy plants, we’re excited to bring you along our story. #teambuilding #planning #cleanenergy #windpower #culture

Creating jobs. Boosting the economy. Strengthening energy security. At Triple Oak Power, we’re proud to be part of this picture, so this week, we’re celebrating National Clean Energy Week. #NCEW raises awareness and promotes clean energy solutions and innovations. We’re all in on wind, because decarbonizing the grid and meeting clean energy goals depend on harnessing wind power. While we celebrate a diverse mix of clean energy solutions, wind is a key tool in the carbon-free toolbox to provide homegrown, cost-effective energy supply. Visit our website to learn more about our mission to develop sustainable energy plants. #NCEW24 #cleanenergy #sustainablility #economicgrowth #environment #decarbonize https://lnkd.in/eK62S3r8

Meet Peace Florence Kalomba, Triple Oak Power’s summer intern and passionate new-gen clean energy professional. From Malawi, Peace is studying Environmental Studies & Mathematics at Bennington College in Vermont. Reflecting on all she learned through her experience, Peace says: Working with Triple Oak gave me valuable professional experience by immersing me in a professional setting with industry experts who were a great source of mentorship. It is exciting to be a part of an organization that is working towards a sustainable future. The internship has also asserted my enthusiasm for renewable energy, particularly wind energy through its practicality and great ability to reduce carbon emissions through generating clean and sustainable power. Thank you, Peace, for all you’ve done to enrich Team Triple Oak. We’re proud you’re part of the Triple Oak family.
