📈 Growing a business presents many challenges, and it is easy to over-prepare. Ben Sharf shares that many founders try to get ahead of problems by hiring extra staff before they need them. The problem with that is that you end up using resources on issues that might not even happen. Instead, Ben’s big point is that it’s better to deal with challenges as they arise rather than try to predict them too early. The main takeaway from Ben’s experience is that it’s smarter to focus on solving the actual problems in front of you instead of investing in ones that might never happen.
