Twin County Regional Healthcare (TCRH) welcomes Julie Rippey as the hospital’s growth and outreach liaison. Julie will be responsible for implementing outreach efforts and focusing on local providers in the primary, secondary and tertiary service areas for TCRH. Shelton is a certified Physician Assistant and earned his Master of Physician Assistant from Bethel University in McKenzie, TN and his undergraduate from East Tennessee State University, Johnson City, TN in Biochemistry and Science Information Technology. He holds a certification in basic life support (BLS) and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Shelton has joined the team at Twin County Urgent Care located at 961 E. Stuart Dr., Galax, VA.
