Excited to be part of the 2-year Women Energy Leaders program, with other 27 inspiring women from Southeast Asia and the Pacific. During the first in-person workshop in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, we discussed clean energy technologies (especially solar, bioenergy, and wind) with experts: Dr. Norasikin Ahmad Ludin, Norshafidah A., Isnandhi Saputra, Van Nguyen. Special thanks to Kim Meninger, MBA, PCC who led the sessions on leadership skills, making us all motivated to create meaningful career goals. Thank you United States Energy Association for this wonderful opportunity. Kristy Bibb, Nancy Li, Ipshita Nandi Banerjee 🌏 Looking forward to expanding my skills and connecting with like-minded professionals on advancing women's role in the energy sector. Can't wait to apply what I learn and share insights with my network! Empowered women empower women. #WomenEnergyLeaders #ProfessionalDevelopment #LifeLongLearning

✨ A dreamlike email comfirmation from the United States Energy Association and from the U.S. Department of State creeped into my inbox in April 2024 ✨ Packed with a promising agenda, to be selected as one of the 28 #WomenEnergyLeaders for a 2-year fully-funded program would definitely strengthen my reach in the #ASEAN and my grasp on the state of #energy and #genderequality in the region. What a true privilege! 🙌🏻 After a few online sessions and one-on-one consultations in the past six months, our first in-person workshop finally happened! The fun and enligthening #stories shared with my fellow women leaders from Malaysia, Laos, Timor-Leste, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Fiji, and the Philippines are for keeps 💃🏻 Alongside other speakers, we learned sooo much from our coach Kim Meninger, MBA, PCC!! And to finally meet Nancy Li, Ipshita Nandi Banerjee 🌏 and Kristy Bibb was astonishing! Thank you very much for the wonderful time! And of course, I am grateful to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) , my boss and mentors Dr Allinnettes Adigue and Lany Harijanti for the freedom and flexibility gifted upon us to pursue professional and personal growth beyond the boundaries of our day-to-day jobs. I am fortunate to be part of a company and a team generous enough to create such positive environment for its employees 💫 A million thanks for this and to many other opportunities in the future! #energy #womenleaders #sustainability
