O’Malley, MD, President and CEO at the University of Maryland Medical Center (UMMC) spoke at a City of Baltimore press event at Baltimore City Mayor’s Office of Homeless Service celebrating the statewide expansion of Maryland’s Medicaid Supportive Housing Waiver.
