Travel consultant, family concierge, sports psychologist or sounding board – player services teammates Liz Fradkin and Scott Langley wear many hats. But above all else, they want to make players feel like part of the USGA family.

About us
The USGA is a nonprofit organization that celebrates, serves and advances the game of golf. Founded in 1894, we conduct many of golf’s premier professional and amateur championships, including the U.S. Open and U.S. Women’s Open. With The R&A, we govern the sport via a global set of playing, equipment, handicapping and amateur status rules. The USGA campus in Liberty Corner, New Jersey, is home to the Association’s Research and Test Center, where science and innovation are fueling a healthy and sustainable game for the future. The campus is also home to the USGA Golf Museum, where we honor the game by curating the world’s most comprehensive archive of golf artifacts. To learn more, visit usga.org.

When we’re not conducting the game’s premier championships, a few of us are playing in them! Congratulations to teammates Alisa White (Women’s Mid-Amateur), Shannon Rouillard (Senior Women’s Amateur) and Colleen Estes (Women’s Mid-Amateur) for earning their way into USGA championship fields this season.

What an amazing honor to be recognized by Sports Business Journal as a Class of 2024 "Game Changer"! Enjoyed working with Josh Carpenter on my profile and can't wait to celebrate with the 49 other incredible Game Changers next week!
Had fun chatting with Amanda Weiner and Nancy Henderson about their journey in golf. Both were honored by Sports Business Journal in the "Game Changers" class of 2024 as women who are making a big impact on the industry: https://lnkd.in/evyqmtPm https://lnkd.in/eFiCUzmk

“These massive brands teaching us about what they do with the USGA and showing us pathways into golf… I would have never been in those rooms and heard the impactful things they shared with us if it wasn’t for that program.” MNML GOLF didn’t have any open roles when Robert Davalos connected with them as part of his USGA Pathways Internship experience at The Los Angeles Country Club. One year later, he became their general manager.

Congratulations to Susan Wasser for being honored with the International Sports Heritage Association’s W.R. “Bill” Schroeder Distinguished Service Award – the organization’s highest honor recognizing individuals for meritorious service of a lasting nature in the sports heritage industry. A USGA teammate since 2008, Susan’s impact is felt throughout the organization and the game, specifically through the African American golf archive – one of the deepest collections to exist on the subject – as well as the collection of artifacts on display in the Mickey Wright room at the USGA Golf Museum & Library.
