Our CEO, Co-Owner, and athlete, Mike Buckley, recently spoke to Kimball Livingston with The New York Times to discuss how the US SailGP Team is gearing up for the 2024-2025 SailGP season. “There are no 'aha' moments. We can do everything we need to do on the boat. Now it’s about getting a fraction of a second better at every little thing," Buckley said after a productive pre-season training camp in Bermuda. As Livingston noted, “In SailGP, the boats are identical. The teams make the difference, not the boats, and SailGP is unique in collecting massive streams of data and sharing all of it equally." Today, SailGP announces that internationally-acclaimed dance music duo Loud Luxury will perform at the upcoming Mubadala New York Sail Grand Prix from June 22-23.
