Artonaut episode 1: All artist crew https://lnkd.in/efPj-k_D We are happy to introduce the all-artist crew of Imagination 1 - the first guests of our freshly released podcast “Artonaut”! These four analogue astronauts participated in a simulated moon mission between the 10th-15th of March in Biosphere 2, Arizona. The crew consists of (from left to right) Elizabeth George, dancer and choreographer, Christopher Cokinos, a non-fiction writer, Ivy Wahome, textile artist, and Julie Swarstad Johnson, poet. In this episode, we discuss how four artists from different disciplines can work together to strive on the surface of the moon, while also pursuing their own artistic explorations. Other than enlightening conversations and profound experiences, there is also a sneak peak into Christopher Cokinos`s newly released book: “A Brief History of the Moon”.
