About us

Aerospace Experimental Psychologists are flight-trained Naval Officers who apply their expertise in human factors and the behavioral sciences toward solving human performance challenges in naval aviation and across the fleet. After serving in the Navy, they go into a multitude of roles applying their program management, acquisition, leadership, and psychological expertise forged by their military service within industry, academia, and often, continued work in the government and Department of Defense.
