About us
VMS empowers organizations to achieve excellence through facilitative leadership and innovative solutions. Since 1990, VMS has emerged as the largest firm in North America specializing in the management of value, with 43 employees including 7 certified value specialists. VMS offers a holistic approach to value engineering and analysis, constructability reviews, design charrette facilitation, financial and economic analysis, and training services related to these disciplines. VMS also delivers robust project control services covering cost estimating and validation, scheduling, and risk management. Additionally, our team supports organization development, change management, executive coaching, customized curriculum creation and learning facilitation, process improvement, and large group facilitation. We apply these services to address our clients most complex problems–from design and construction projects to business processes and strategic planning. VMS is a small business recognized by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) with LA Metro and the Coalition of Southern California Public Agencies, and certified Small Contractor and Supplier (SCS) with King County.
