Meet Melissa Carbonell! Melissa has been with VASA since December 2023 as a Group Fitness and STUDIO Team Lead (GFSTL) at our Colorado Springs (Fillmore) location. As a GFSTL, she creates and manages a team of group fitness instructors, STUDIO RED HIIT Coaches, and STUDIO FLOW yoga instructors to deliver the best experience for our members in our classes. Melissa loves growing VASA's supportive community of instructors who help our members reach their goals while having fun along the way! She is very passionate about her own fitness and loves spending time with her family when she's not at the gym.

This weekend, we officially opened our newest club in Lincoln, NE, which is our 60th VASA Fitness location! 🎉 Exciting News from Colorado Springs! 🎉 We are thrilled to announce that VASA FITNESS has opened its largest facility yet, and we at Colorado Construction Solutions are incredibly proud to have played a role as the General Contractor in bringing this project to life! 🏗️🏋️♂️🏋️♀️ The new 68,000-square-foot VASA Fitness center, located at 5885 Palmer Park Boulevard, replaced a former Kmart store at the bustling intersection of Palmer Park and Powers Boulevards. This new location is the third VASA Fitness center in Colorado Springs and has become the largest facility in the company's history! 🌟 To mark this momentous occasion, VASA Fitness hosted a grand opening celebration on Saturday, July 27th, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. 🗓️ The public was warmly invited to join in the festivities, which included guided tours of the state-of-the-art club and a complimentary one-day pass to experience all that VASA has to offer. 🥳 This new location at Palmer Park joined VASA Fitness’s existing locations on Cheyenne Mountain and Nevada Avenue in Colorado Springs. With its headquarters in Englewood, Colorado, VASA Fitness has established a strong presence across multiple states, including Utah, Arizona, Oklahoma, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Nebraska. 🌍 We are immensely proud to have been part of this transformative project.
