A new addition to our app offering is the Israel Hayom ישראל היום app from one of Israel's leading newspapers. The app allows access to original programming and live basketball games from the Israeli league.

We're excited to be partnering with Doha-based ALKASS Sports Channels in launching their Shoof Smart TV application on millions of VIDAA devices in the Middle East. The app provides access to all live Al Kaas channels that carry some of the regions premium sporting events, as well as on demand interviews, highlights and replays.

We have expanded the availability of VIDAA Kids by Kidoodle.TV® to millions of additional devices globally. The new children-centric VIDAA Kids application goes beyond standard parental controls. It allows children access to thousands of hours of educational and entertaining content in a unique environment, tailored to our youngest consumers, while parents can stay worry-free that their youngsters are enjoying quality entertainment, tailored to their age. The content in VIDAA Kids includes some of the world's most popular cartoons like Paw Patrol, Baby Shark, Nastya, Roblox, and more.

Vestel chooses VIDAA as one of its strategic platforms by acquiring a 4.64% stake in company Vestel announced today that it has partnered with VIDAA as one of its strategic platforms for recurring revenues by signing an MoU to acquire a 4,64% ownership stake in the fastest growing Smart TV platform in the world. The acquisition will strengthen Vestel’s position in the highly competitive Smart TV market and support the company’s transition into an integrated provider of home solutions. The platform will serve as component of Vestel’s integration of home appliances, Smart TVs, and energy solutions into a unified offering as part of Vestel’s global ambitions.
