Career Growth is an important part of our culture at Visionary Homes 💛 Today we are featuring Hailey Case as part of the Design Department serving as a Design Consultant. Hailey started with Visionary in July 2019 in the Logan office as a Design Consultant helping clients customize their dream homes and has remained a favorite to our homebuyers ever since. When asked what she loved most about her career here at Visionary, Hailey said, "Working with happy, excited home owners who are so grateful to be building a home. I love getting to know the buyers and their own unique, personalized design style and preferences. I also enjoy working on spec and model homes because I get full creative liberty when designing them." Hailey also shared, "Design has been a passion of mine just about my entire life and if I am not designing you will likely find me in the mountains or doing something outdoors with my husband & dogs no matter the season. Career Growth is an important part of our culture at Visionary Homes 💛 Today we are featuring Austin Birky - Community Manager turned Functional ERP Specialist (IT department). Austin started with Visionary in 2018 in the Logan office on the estimating department. He then transferred to a Community Manager role, then to his current role as part of our IT Department. "I love all the new challenges that have come with my new job. I am surrounded by a brilliant team that, when faced with a problem, we pool our knowledge and experience to find solutions to complex problems." Austin said. When asked about the company culture, Austin said, "My favorite thing about our culture is that we work hard and we play hard! I have had so many amazing opportunities to see and do things with Visionary that I would not have had otherwise, but that is only because we all do our part to make sure our company is healthy and profitable." "If you are struggling with a decision to try something new, take the leap of faith and do it. Personal growth is often found by putting ourselves in uncomfortable/unfamiliar situations.
