Visit Early promotes Early and Brown County as Central Texas's leisure, recreation, and business destination. We drive economic success through community partnerships and encourage individuals and groups to discover Early's benefits as their host destination. Visit Early also operates the Early Visitors & Events Center. We host many events throughout the year, from corporate events to weddings, birthday parties, family reunions, and more. Our staff can help you to make your event a success. In addition to the main event space, we have an outdoor lighted courtyard with a covered pavilion, outdoor games, patio furniture, and a movie wall with a projector and speakers. We offer various amenities, including tables and chairs, a full kitchen, and audiovisual equipment. We supply visitors with contact information for local vendors, including caterers, musicians, photographers, videographers, transportation, decorators, and more. We work with our tourism partners (attractions, hotels, restaurants, and cultural venues) to help visitors make the most of their visit. Our services, all free of charge, include Providing visitor information to meet the visitor's needs – brochures, maps, etc. -- Negotiating hotel room blocks and venue contracts -- Conducting site visits and suggesting venues to suit the needs of the visitor or event planner -- Creating itineraries for tour groups, and event attendees to incorporate their areas of interest -Providing goody bags for meetings, sports tournament, etc. for out-of-town guests.

A huge thank you to all the incredible organizations that joined us for our Fishing with the Pros event on Saturday! We had an amazing day fishing alongside Major League Fishing pros, with tackle provided by Inland Fisheries Abilene District - Texas Parks and Wildlife. Our Early Fire Department was there sharing essential fire safety resources for Fire Safety Month, the Texas A&M Forest Service handed out free trees and educational materials, Heart of Texas Nature Center brought the wonders of wildlife, and the Brownwood FFA Booster Club, Brownwood Bass Club , and KTAB News added to the fun! Thank you to everyone who made this day memorable for our community!

Yesterday was an exciting day as we sat in on some Major League Fishing interviews and had the chance to meet the new teams gearing up for competition! Last night, we attended their team meeting and captured the energy as they prepared for the big day. This morning, we watched the teams set off for an action-packed day on Lake O.H. Ivie—and even went live on local radio with Team Knighten Industries who competed yesterday and sat 1st in the leaderboard to share the excitement firsthand!
