Join REACH (Reading Enriches All Children), as they work to promote literacy for at-risk/homeless children throughout Coastal Virginia! Earlier this week our volunteers processed, sorted, and stickered over 2,300 books at REACH's The Big Free Bookstore. Roll Up Your Sleeves: Help Organize Donations at The Union Mission Thrift Store! Looking to make a tangible difference in the community? The Union Mission is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to assist with warehouse duties at their Thrift Store. Tasks include managing donation drop-offs, guiding deliveries, and organizing items in the production area. Forklift certification is a plus, but not required. Join Olde Towne Business Association as they prepare High Street for Portsmouth's First Weekend Events! On the first Friday of every month, Olde Towne Business Association needs 10 volunteers to help clean up High Street in preparation for their weekend events (First Fridays Concerts, the Olde Towne Antique & Flea Market, and Olde Towne Farmers Market).
