(VRX) is a woman-owned, award-winning program, maintenance, and asset management; construction management and inspection; civil engineering; structural design and inspection; utility engineering; and environmental planning, permitting and compliance services firm. We are certified as a DBE, WBE, and Texas HUB. VRX’s engineering and environmental professionals have provided solutions for the transportation, water/wastewater, federal and energy markets for decades. Our clients include the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA), airport systems, federal entities, counties, municipalities, rail/transit systems, and other engineering firms. Jim is an aviation subject matter expert with more than 25 years of experience related to all phases of the planning, design, and construction of operationally complex airport terminals.
