We were thrilled to welcome Penn State University Architectural Engineering students to our 210 College Ave project in downtown Lancaster! The visit offered a firsthand look at one of our large-scale construction sites. Warfel team members shared a presentation about the project over lunch, highlighting innovative technologies like scanning, DroneDeploy, Procore, and more. Afterward, students participated in a guided tour, seeing various stages of the project up close and discussing the successes and challenges encountered so far. At Warfel, we believe in the importance of educating future generations. Opportunities like this help students connect classroom learning to real-world applications, fostering a deeper understanding of their field. Our team recently partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Chester County to assist with prepping, sanding, and painting their on-site storage containers. Habitat ReStores, nonprofit home improvement stores and donation centers, play a key role in supporting Habitat for Humanity’s mission to help families build or repair affordable homes in the community. Last week, key members from Eastern University and Senator Amanda Cappelletti joined the Warfel team to tour the job site of our Eastern University Bridge project, a state-funded initiative under the RACP program. This project includes the construction of two bridges that will create a roadway, providing additional access to the university’s gymnasium and improving overall traffic flow through campus. The first bridge is complete, and work on the second is underway, with completion expected in January. Thank you to everyone who joined us for this tour! We were honored to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony of the beautifully renovated Hamilton Watch Boutique in Lancaster, PA! ✨ Proud to be part of this historic grand opening, our Construction Services team updated the display room and provided the final touches that brought this space to life. During this project, we uncovered a photo highlighting the 83-year-long history between our two companies, deepening our appreciation for this partnership. Just like that, the final steel beam for the HUB Center at Moravian University is in place! 🎉 It was a perfect day for the topping out ceremony, marking a major milestone as the last beam was set into place. This exciting new hub, set to open in Fall 2025, will be at the heart of student life and engagement. We couldn’t be more thrilled about what’s in store for the Moravian University community!

We were thrilled to attend the grand opening of the PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital Sussex Campus in Milford, Delaware! In collaboration with LF Driscoll, we are proud to have helped bring this vision to life. Located on the Bayhealth Sussex Campus, this new 75,000 square-foot hospital is dedicated to helping patients recover from acute illnesses and injuries through inpatient and outpatient therapy and medical care to prevent hospital readmissions. The freestanding facility comprises 40 private rooms and state-of-the-art therapeutic equipment designed to assist with comprehensive rehabilitation. We are honored to have been part of this project, contributing to creating healthcare facilities that enhance access to services within our communities.
