Over the past 5 months, 18 talented associates—each with less than 3 years of professional work experience and representing various functions within our company—embarked on a journey of professional growth and discovery. Here’s a glimpse into what made this program a success: 🔹 6 Dynamic Sessions: Designed to foster connection and collaboration within the cohort and with the company, while exploring key professional development topics meaningful to the group. 🔹 Team Learning Projects: Hands-on experiences that encouraged teamwork and provided a safe space for practicing presentation skills. 🔹 Speaker Sessions: Insights from our company managers, who shared their early career journeys and offered valuable advice for success. 🔹 Strengths Assessment: A tool for associates to identify and harness their natural abilities, creating a common language to discuss and build upon these strengths. 🔹 Question Forum: An anonymous platform for addressing professional development questions and providing guidance. Pictured are a few of the participants. They’ve formed a close-knit group, gained new skills, boosted their professional confidence, and developed a clearer vision for their careers. We’re thrilled to introduce our newest Sales Consultants: Kayla Alexander, New York Taylor Espinoza, Dallas Morgan LeBaron, Boston Each have just completed our Emerging Sales Talent program, a 6-month journey designed to fast-track rising sales talent and prepare them for a successful career as a Waterworks Sales Consultant. Throughout the program, Kayla, Taylor and Morgan have immersed themselves in showroom training, received valuable coaching and mentoring, engaged with a tailored learning curriculum, and gained in-depth exposure to our business and leadership. Working closely with their Showroom and Sales Leaders, they’ve demonstrated incredible dedication to executing the program’s initiatives. At Waterworks, we believe in supporting whole wellness—body, mind, and balance. We offered two full days of financial sessions for our associates to take part in. Topics include 401k basics, budgeting workshop, and debt & savings worksheets. Additionally, associates could sign up for personalized sessions with our advisor to tailor their financial wellness journey. #wellness #wholehealth

Last week was the first session of our Early Career Program, designed to cultivate connection, growth, and development among our associates with less than 3 year’s work experience. We have 18 enthusiastic participants from various functions within the company participating. It's that wonderful time of the year again when we come together to recognize associates who embody our core values day in and day out with our annual Values Awards. At Waterworks, we firmly believe that our values are not just words on paper; they are the guiding principles that shape our culture and define who we are as a team.
