In this new role, Jordan will independently review reports, interact with clients, and offer strategic guidance on remediation. His ability to consistently deliver high-quality work has earned the trust and respect of his colleagues and clients alike. We are so excited to see Jordan train and grow in this new position, where he will undoubtedly continue to set new standards. ✨ Megan Malave moving up to Sr. Director of Operations ✨ Since Megan became WI's Director of Operations in January, she has taken ownership of her responsibilities, in order to properly oversee and optimize the organization's day-to-day operations and processes. Her strategic thinking and ability to navigate complex challenges have been instrumental in driving our success. It's undeniable that the care she has for her role, the organization, and its people, has led us to such great heights.
