The National Environmental Field Activities Program (NEFAP) was created to establish and implement an accreditation program for field sampling and measurement organizations (FSMOs). The TNI Standard for FSMOs is modeled after ISO/IEC 17025 “General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories.” Sampling organizations can be accredited for a wide variety of sample collection activities performed by POTWs and industries. Accreditation is one way to demonstrate competence. Webinar speakers will provide a discussion on the National Environmental Field Activities Program Standard, the steps to obtain accreditation and potential benefits for a pretreatment program. This webinar is organized by the WEAT Laboratory Committee! Register here: https://lnkd.in/d7b6XaSM
