First off it was an honor for West Capital Lending to get recognized as 1 of the Top 4 Mega Brokerages in the country. With 2.6 billion funded YTD this will be our best year in one of the toughest markets in history. 🚀 My message was pretty clear about our value proposition as a company. We are NOT here to sponsor every possible loan originator out there. Our goal is to take an experienced consumer direct loan originator and teach them how investing in leads, working with badass wholesale lenders like Rocket Mortgage (TPO) and following our “WCL Playbook” will lead to 3-5x more production than a loan originator sponsored by our competitors that are mainly referral based. While I have a ton of respect for our competitors in the mega broker space we feel we have a much better offering and the numbers prove that. 9000+ funded units with 633 LOs. 💪

Quick props to all the hard working badass loan originators part of West Capital Lending! We had a record breaking submission month in March. 350 out of the 560 sponsored with us submitted at least 1 loan. Yes I’d love everyone work but that’s just not the case right now. 1906 full submissions ( e-signed application documents + borrower docs) for a whopping 512 million in loan volume! 🎊🍾🏆 Our top contributor Rami Abbas led the way with 72 subs for 18 mil. So many great performances at the top of the leaderboard.
