Whisper Product Manager Laura Morejón Ramírez spent yesterday at the state capitol sharing how Whisper is bringing innovation and new engineering jobs to our state. We’re proud to be members of the Tennessee Business Roundtable and thankful for opportunities like yesterday’s to connect with TN legislators and community leaders.
What an incredible day for our Tennessee Business Roundtable! Our members had the opportunity to attend our 2025 Day on the Hill, where they met with 7 key legislators to discuss important issues impacting our state’s future. It’s inspiring to see business leaders engaging directly with lawmakers to drive positive change for Tennessee’s economy and communities. Together, we’re building a stronger, more prosperous state.

We're thrilled to see Whisper Aero featured in Inc. Magazine, highlighting their agile team and groundbreaking UltraQuiet™ technology. We’re excited to be going onsite to produce our own story with the Whisper Aero team later this month, stay tuned!
I'm super interested in what Whisper Aero, helmed by Mark Moore and Ian Villa, is up to with their ultra-quiet fans. The Tennessee-based company has created a product with a slew of potential applications, from quieter HVAC systems (on Earth and in space!) to stealthy drone propulsion for the DOD. But one of the most compelling aspects of their roadmap is a plan to build and sell quieter leaf blowers first—a more pedestrian product that may seem less exciting than a futuristic drone or a quiet passenger aircraft, but would no doubt be a welcome addition to suburban yards. I wrote about their fan-tastic plans in Inc. Magazine—give it a read! (And thanks to Graham Winfrey and Diana Ransom for the excellent edits!)
Why Your Product Roadmap Needs a Hero. For This Disruptive Startup, It’s a Leaf Blower
