Guess what? The 54th annual Wisconsin Perinatal Conference is just around the corner, and we couldn't be more excited! Our team took a road trip to Green Bay to check out the KI Convention Center; it’s the perfect spot for our best conference yet! But the fun didn’t stop there—since our team is usually scattered all over, we took full advantage of some quality in-person time. Professional development? Check! And the cherry on top? We got to spend time with the cutest new member of the WAPC crew—our colleague’s adorable 6-month-old baby! We’re ready to make this conference unforgettable, and we can’t wait to see you there! Inspired by National Breastfeeding Month, our WisPQC team is excited to highlight our Human Milk Feeding Quality Improvement Initiative. Across nine hospitals statewide, we're working together to enhance human milk feeding practices during birth hospitalization, promote skin-to-skin contact, provide thorough patient education, and ensure comprehensive post-discharge support—all while focusing on the patient experience. We're actively enrolling hospitals, and there's still time to join us. Connect with fellow hospital teams, share insights, and drive meaningful change. Curious to learn more? Visit https://lnkd.in/gN46u8cu and become part of this initiative to improve health outcomes for infants and families. #WiPerinatal #NationalBreastfeedingMonth #NBM24
