  • Dropping beats, finding fits – recruiting with the right vibe! How do you find the right people for your team? Simple: you let them feel the vibe! ✨ That’s exactly what dm-drogerie markt Deutschland’s latest training campaign is all about. By asking "Sounds like you?", dm invites potential candidates to see if they truly connect with the company’s mindset. And what better way to make this resonate than with music? DJ MARTEN HØRGER took a simple voice message from one of dm’s apprentices and remixed it into an absolute banger—now setting the tone for the entire campaign. The goal? Helping future talent find their rhythm at dm. This campaign isn’t just about filling positions—it’s about creating the right harmony, attracting people who truly fit, and making the recruiting process smoother for everyone. ✨ Big shoutout to all the apprentices who stepped up, brought their energy, and became the voice of this campaign. And of course, massive thanks to MARTEN HØRGER for spinning this into something truly special! And finally, a huge THANK YOU to dm-drogerie markt Deutschland for the trust, collaboration, and support. We had an absolute blast working on this—and we can't wait to drop the next track together! #FeelTheVibe #RecruitingRemix #BeatsThatFit #FutureShapers #dm #MartenHorger #CareerWithImpact #SoundLikeYou

👋 After four amazing days in Austin, Texas, participating in SXSW 2025, we can confidently report that the current whirlwind of disruption did not, and could not, pierce the bubble of positivity at this year’s Festival of Creativity. We remain as hopeful as ever about design and creativity and their ability to enable relationship-building, game-changing ideas. Spoiler alert: AI is everywhere and will only increase in capability and prevalence. The question now is not if AI will reshape industries, but how we respond and harness its potential. With that in mind, here are three post-SXSW insights from Phillip Golub, SVP of Experience Design: 💡 IDEAS X SPEED ⏩ “We are still in the ideas business. But the agencies that will win are not just the ones with the most or the best ideas, but the ones that can bring them to life the fastest. ‘Learning by Doing’ is how research should be done in the Age of AI, not because of the rise of Synthetic Humans, but because there is no better stimulus than real products put in front of real people. And don’t just build something… build lots of ‘somethings’ that people want and need.” 🏒 I’m Not Throwing Away My…Shot! Doing nothing is a choice—it just happens to be the wrong one right now. Our industry has overused the Wayne Gretzky quote, ‘Skate to where the puck is going.’ Unfortunately, there is only one Wayne Gretzky, and the pace of change is too rapid to wait and find out where the puck is going. With AI tooling and the ongoing convergence of skill sets, creative teams can work smaller but think bigger, with faster experiments and more opportunities to build, test, and learn. So, hit the puck that is right in front of you. Even if you miss the goal, at least you took a shot. The more shots you take, the better your chances of scoring.” 💯 Brand Authenticity Matters Now More Than Ever “We are at a rare inflection point—a ‘Can’ vs. ‘Should’ moment. Culture, business, and technology—seemingly divergent concerns, each moving at a different pace—are crashing into one another right now. But these concerns must form a Venn diagram, at the center of which is your brand. This requires a heightened awareness of, and adherence to, an authentic sense of self. Be true to your brand, be true to your values, and you will be true to your customers. They will thank you later.” Thank you, SXSW, for the opportunity to speak, and thank you to the community of creatives, brand innovators, and technologists for making SXSW 2025 a truly memorable experience! 📸 : Levi Thompson #SXSW #AI #Creativity #BrandAuthenticity #EnterpriseDesign #WongDoody

  • What qualities does a CMO need to succeed in our rapidly changing world of digital transformation, AI and fragmented media landscapes? W&V, Werben & Verkaufen, a leading German marketing publication, recently asked Dennis Dünnwald. His take:   “They must … recognize fragmentation and dynamism as an essential part of the requirements. An ‘AI-first’ approach is crucial, but step by step to bring clients and teams along without overwhelming them.   The combination of innovative spirit, the right tools, empathy and a flair for good creation is the tool set for the CMOs of tomorrow.”   Thriving in the sweet spot where tech, creativity and empathy overlap—right where we’re at home. We’re with you 100%, Dennis! 🚀🫶   Read more here (German only, paywall): https://lnkd.in/dJvkhMzV

  • Our longtime creative partner Seattle International Film Festival has revealed the 2025 SIFF Festival poster art! This year’s design centers around the theme "Escape to the Reel World," emphasizing the power of cinema as a safe haven, a place for self-exploration, and a journey into the stories of others. We’re proud to continue our 21-year partnership bringing these incredible stories to life.   As SIFF's Artistic Director Beth Barrett beautifully said, “The theater is a destination worth traveling to.”   Stay tuned for the official trailer in April. 🎬   The festival runs May 15-25 in Seattle, with virtual screenings on the SIFF Channel from May 26-June 1.
