Quarterly Board of Directors Dinner – what an honor to host this event! Our team curated a memorable evening that was deeply appreciated by all. Way to go, Team! From the Heirloom Caprese Salad with Deep Ellum Cilegine Mozzarella to the Grilled Filet Mignon "Oscar" with King Crab and Hollandaise, every detail was thoughtfully executed. For our guests with dietary preferences, the Vegetarian Tian was designed to mirror the Filet Mignon, and dessert included a Spanish Basque Cheesecake with dried nuts and pomegranate reduction alongside a rich Chocolate Marquise. We also featured a Gristmill Grits Station and refreshing Texas Wild Berry Ginger Beer and Blood Orange Mocktail. #BoardDinner #CulinaryExcellence
