Under her leadership, the Data Analytics team has been instrumental in transforming how we understand and tackle business challenges. As Rae puts it: “My favorite part of my role as manager of the Analytics team at Workrise has been influencing the company culture around data. Over the last year the team has targeted our solutions to support users either taking an action or making a decision. This focused approach has enabled us to better understand the business problems of our users, leveling up the impact we are able to have.
