The purpose of the World Floor Covering Association is to ensure the success and profitability of professional floor covering dealers and to protect their common interests. The WFCA is the floor covering industry’s largest advocacy organization representing specialty floor covering retailers, manufacturers and distributors around the globe. We provide our members and industry partners leadership and resources that will raise the level of professionalism, increase industry profitability, and enhance consumer satisfaction. As the voice of the flooring industry for over 60 years, the World Floor Covering Association continually strives to ensure the profitability of our members by identifying and improving areas where our industry impacts the independent retailer.
