We are honored to be included in Newsweek’s list of America’s Greatest Workplaces for 2024. Worthington was one of only five companies in the industrial products industry included from Ohio. Throughout 2022 and 2023, Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group interviewed more than 250,000 U.S. employees for the ranking, resulting in more than 1.5 million company reviews spanning 78 individual sectors. This designation aligns with our operating Philosophy guided by the Golden Rule. We treat our employees, customers, employees, investors and suppliers, as we would like to be treated. Thank you to our people, who made this achievement possible! See the full list here: https://bit.ly/3L251VH #DrivingSteelForward

Since our legal separation from Worthington Industries on December 1, 2023, we have honed-in on our vision – to boldly drive the metals industry into a sustainable future as the most trusted, most innovative and most value-added metals processing partner in North America and beyond. Throughout our history, we have followed a people-first philosophy, rooted in the Golden Rule. We continue to prioritize strong attention to safety and doing the right thing for our employees, customers, suppliers and shareholders.” Our people have always been the driving force behind our success and fiscal 2024 was no exception. Nick Siewertsen, wet lab technician, grew up witnessing his father’s decades-long career at Worthington Steel and seeing Our Philosophy in action. Now after more than 20 years at Worthington Steel himself, he’s experienced Our Philosophy firsthand. As a deaf employee, he and his coworkers have developed unique methods of communication on the production floor and created an environment where he can put his skills and expertise to use and carve out his own path.
