Fact: ADHD is a neurodevelopmental disorder that affects attention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity. Myth: ADHD is only a childhood disorder. Fact: ADHD can persist into adulthood. This may look like difficulty planning, organizing, and prioritizing; irritability and mood swings; and even feelings of inadequacy or self-doubt. Myth: Medication is the only solution for ADHD.
