YA is an international professional services organization providing forensic consulting, engineering, risk mitigation, and related services. Founded over 25 years ago as a property damage consulting firm, YA has expanded through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Today, YA has over 600 professionals dedicated to excellence, partnership, and driving innovation. YA Engineering Services (YAES) is a licensed professional engineering firm that provides forensic consulting services in all fifty states, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and geotechnical engineering; architectural, roofing and building envelope assessments; non-destructive testing evaluations; seismic risk assessments; materials analysis; expert witness and litigation support services; biomechanical analysis; forensic animations and accident reconstruction services. Our goal is to offer a team of highly qualified, technically excellent professionals who work seamlessly together to service the needs of our clients in the model of an engineering cooperative.

Vladimir holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Northridge, where he participated in the ASME Human Powered Vehicle Challenge. His extensive training in accident investigation and diverse certifications, including an FAA Pilot License and Merchant Mariner Credential, equip him with a unique skill set to provide a high-quality level of service and experience to his clients. He brings 11 years of experience in electrical design, fire alarm systems, and construction administration across commercial, industrial, transit, and utility projects. Vixar holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Power & Energy Systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). With extensive experience in forensic investigations, Vixar has investigated fire and equipment failure matters in solar power installations and inspected electrical systems and appliances to analyze potential electrical failures.
