Looking for a talented General Manager with ambition to build and lead a team of Mountain Bikers in Germany.    We are accepting applications summited to jobs@yeticycles.com General Summary: Yeti Cycles will open our first international office located near Freiburg Badden Württemberg. This location has been chosen due to its proximity to mountain bike trails and because it is a core mountain bike community. The General Manager will report to the VP and be responsible for establishing the “ride driven” work culture and managing the daily German business. The GM will be responsible for understanding the Yeti brand and implementing the Yeti strategy while running a profitable German branch of Yeti Cycles.   The ideal candidate will have an intimate understanding of the German mountain bike market and have an entrepreneurial mindset. We are looking for a strategic leader with a proven track record in Operations, Distribution, and a strong understanding of Sales and Marketing. And, of course, be willing to spend long hours on your mountain bike because that’s what you do. You’re a mountain biker.   As a member of the Yeti Cycles Leadership Team, the General Manager will play a central role in implementing our German strategy and is accountable for motivating and leading a staff of eight people to achieve the company’s annual and long-term brand and profitability goals. This position will work closely with HQ and Managing Directors to create a ride driven atmosphere with the goal of making mountain bikers faster.
