Role Title: RPA Developer

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing software bots using RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation related to RPA solutions.
  • Participating in project planning, estimation, and implementation activities.
  • Collaborating with clients to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
  • Debugging and troubleshooting RPA solutions as needed.
  • Providing training and support to end-users of RPA solutions.
  • Continuously improving RPA solutions to ensure they are efficient, effective, and reliable.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in software development, with experience in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
  • Understanding of business processes and workflows, as well as experience working with RPA tools and technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certification in one or more RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
  • Experience in Web Development or related IT background prior to RPA
  • RPA development experience
  • Experience with UiPath tools (screen scraping, importing, exporting files)
  • Experience in a Waterfall environment
  • OCR Tool experience
  • Basic SQL query skills - writing queries and pulling data
