Opportunity Details

• Internship Length: June – M id-August 202 6
• Internship Schedule: Full-time ( 32- 40 hours /week on average)
• Summer Pencils Down Week: O ne week off for all employees to recharge (subject to change; unpaid for interns)
• Work Location: Cleveland, OH or Hunt Valley, MD; Hybrid work environment (2-3 days in office/week)
• Responsibilities : Clean up bookkeeping, reconcile bank statements, enter journal entries into internal systems, prepare financial statements, contribute to monthly check-in calls with clients

Qualifications

Requirements

• Degree: Pursuing Associate’ s or Bachelor’s degree
• Major: Accounting
• Coursework: Successfully completed at least one intermediate accounting course before the internship program begins
  
  

Preferred

• GPA: Minimum 3.0
• Ability to adapt to changing needs of clients and self-driven to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Estimated Hourly Rate Range: $20 - $40/hour*

• Hourly rates offered to candidates are determined based on factors such as candidate's job responsibilities, geography, market considerations, and organizational needs. On an annual basis, estimated ranges are re-evaluated for upcoming early career cohorts according to market adjustments.
