Our client is an alternative investment manager with over $30 billion in AUM with strategies in private equity, real estate, and credit. The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for the accounting and reporting of private and public entities.
Responsibilities
Perform monthly portfolio pricing and reconciliation of investments and cash
Provide general ledger maintenance and prepare quarterly financial statements
Draft SEC filings
Compile and distribute capital calls, distributions, capital statements, and financial statements to private fund investors
Work with external auditors to resolve issues and provide requested data for yearly audits and quarterly reviews
Assist on new business initiatives and any special projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
1-3 years of accounting experience in financial services
CPA preferred
Proficient in Excel
Salary Range
$90,000-$105,000
