Essential Job Duties:

• Maintains supporting records for all accounting activities.
• Corresponds with team members regarding status of tasks assigned and other inquiries.
• Cross trains in other areas within the Finance department.
• Works on a variety of different accounting projects, as requested.
• Technology group support related tasks:
• Maintain/update customer records
• Process client refunds
• Work on assigned service tickets.
• Generate service invoices on a weekly basis.
• Create miscellaneous invoices and submit for approval
  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Associates degree in accounting, preferred
• One plus years of accounting experience in a corporate environment
• Proficient with computerized accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills
