Results as of Q1 2024: - 59% of our enrolled residents have improved their credit scores - Residents who reported timely rent payments saw, on average, a 25-point increase - Established 174 new credit scores - Individual properties witnessed an improvement in resident credit scores of up to 86% Esusu's rent reporting services enable us to enhance resident livelihood through credit-building that empowers our renters' financial well-being. The ultimate goal with AI should be to enhance efficiency and enable greater focus on delivering customer service. ✨ Emphasis on Experiential From content-rich sessions on the showroom floor, curated events, and optimizing owned marketing, there is a significant focus on raising the bar on creative strategy to deliver memorable customer experiences that foster deeper brand associations.   Our own Kadi Mancuso Rice continued her conference wellness tradition, joining forces with Jessica Acosta-Rubio to guide 50+ attendees through Philly's iconic landmarks! Social events such as dinner with Engrain and a baseball game with RealPage, Inc. made an already phenomenal event that much more meaningful as we continue to drive forward a bright future for multifamily together. In honor of Mother's Day, JVM held donation drives throughout May in partnership with five women & children's shelters across the regions we serve. In total, we collected over 2,000 pounds of clothing, shoes, toiletries, and other essential items for individuals and families in need. Less than a year since the launch of our partnership, Realync has truly served as an extension of our exceptional site teams, and swiftly made an impact throughout our entire organization. The platform's frictionless interface and supportive team facilitated enthusiastic adoption from our associates as we implemented Realync Journeys, pre-recorded videos, and 360 tours across our 23 properties.   The increased website and leasing performance we've achieved through this collaboration has been undoubtedly impressive, but the most rewarding outcome has been witnessing the empowerment and autonomy Realync offers to our teams. From leasing associates to maintenance technicians alike, the ability to simultaneously streamline and elevate renter communication, enable interactive virtual tours, and analyze video performance has unleashed an exciting new level of strategic creativity.   Leigh Lyman, Leasing & Marketing Associate at The Vue in Overland Park, KS, can attest to this. Her innovative use of Realync videos to engage prospects led to four leases in the same week - and features in two recent Realync case studies!   Collectively, our onsite teams have created 618 videos resulting in nearly 140,000 views and 10,724 prospect engagement actions to date.
