Alpaca Chicken is looking for an administrative assistant / personal aid to join our team in our Raleigh office. This person will work to support the daily operations of the office, including data entry, bookkeeping and at times, personal assistant responsibilities;
The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications. Must be bi-lingual in Spanish and English.
We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the executive's working life and communication.

Our specialty is our signature Peruvian “Pollo a la Brasa” style Rotisserie Chicken, marinated and slow cooked over natural wood charcoal in our signature custom-made rotisserie oven which can be found in all of our locations. At Alpaca we use only All-Natural Chickens free of any added hormones and free of any FDA allergens. We also offer house favorite Peruvian Entrées such as Arroz Chaufa and Lomo Saltado that are made to order so you always get a fresh made plate.

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the executive's working life and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Field inbound communications - Answer phone calls/general email inquiries and route to the appropriate internal parties as needed
- Coordinate scheduling - Set up meetings based on cross-functional availability for both internal and external stakeholders. Managing employers' scheduled meetings and appointments
- Travel Arrangements -Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodations
- Organize internal resources - Build out and maintain processes to keep files and office supplies organized and easily accessible
- Liaise with visitors - Act as point person for office guests
- Communicate policies and procedures - Alert employees of new processes, rules and regulations
- Facilitate executive-level operations - Book travel, submit expense reports and send communications for high-level staff as needed
- Take minutes during meetings as requested
- Able to manage projects on own
- Locating and printing reports requested
- Preparing organizational memos to employees and/or customers
- Reminders: Reminding their employer of important tasks and deadlines
- Assisting in the scheduling and coordination of meetings and travel
- Tracking, recording and compiling store responses to requested information
- Prepare correspondence and overnight packages
- Perform special projects as assigned by the Executive Officers
- Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks with little or no supervision
- Maintain a cooperative and harmonious working environment and favorable working relationships with other company employees to foster and promote
- Household management - handle paperwork, ensure bills are paid on time, and do housekeeping, run errands
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, be tech-savvy, and have outstanding communication and active listening skills. They should also be able to multitask, manage their time well, and be organized and proactive problem solvers
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years experience as an administrative assistant, secretary or receptionist preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Must be able to exercise discretion and confidentiality
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, high-energy attitude
- Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set
- Professional telephone and meeting etiquette
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the company,
- Excellent customer service delivery skills,
- Familiarity with office equipment (i.e. printers, fax machines, projectors)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)
- Obvious enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work, and commitment to the Alpaca values and Mission
