Assistant Construction Manager

With a significant presence in California, we're looking to welcomean assistant construction manager to join our Los Angeles office.

Duties Included But Are Not Limited To

• Assist the Construction Manager executing duties.
• Participate in submittal, RFI, RFC, design submittal, and claim reviews and responses.
• Monitor and report on construction progress.
• Participate in meetings.
• Provide technical scope and justification for contract changes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.
• Approximately ten (10) years of experience in civil construction with approximately five (5) years in construction of transit projects or heavy civil projects
• Experience as an assistant construction manager or resident engineer on projects of similar size and complexity valued over $30 million.
• Cal/OSHA 30 training certification prior to start of work.
• Valid California Class C driver’s license.
  
  

Salary Range: $95k-140k
