We're on the lookout for a talented Assistant Finance Manager to join our team! As the Assistant Finance Manager, you'll work closely with our Finance Manager to handle a variety of financial tasks, ensuring our financial operations run smoothly. This role will be a crucial part of our team, responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and supporting key projects.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Finance Manager to achieve departmental objectives.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Generate and analyze financial reports to maintain accuracy and completeness.
Work closely with internal teams and international colleagues on various tasks and projects.
Aid in budget preparation and forecasting processes.
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
Oversee invoice processing, payments, and receipts.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
Monitor company cash flow and liquidity.
Contribute to variance analysis and identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations.
Provide backup support for payroll processing using ADP Total Source.
Assist in creating financial presentations and reports for senior management.
Offer ad-hoc financial analysis and support as needed.
Attend company annual meetings and workshops in the Northeast twice annually.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
Minimum Of 5 Years' Experience In Finance Or Accounting.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop (REQUIRED).
Experience With SAP Business By Design Preferred.
Strong Excel skills.
Proficient in MS Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Must reside in the United States with full work authorization.
