Job Description

The Assistant Manager, Omni Marketing Operations will support planning across day-to-day omnichannel marketing operations in North America. Inpartnership with the Marketing Director and key 360 leads, the Assistant Manager will create and support all omnichannel marketing operation efforts forthe brand, including the brand trade marketing and brand marketing as well as connecting the dots across the various omnichannel teams. They willalso drive communications cross-functionally across the omnichannel marketing organization to support elevation of client experience planning.

Promotional Strategy

  • Client Experience POSM
    • Drive promotional strategy (GWP/TOAs) across all brand touchpoints in partnership with cross-functional teams (sales, e-retail, trade, events, clienteling)
    • Collaborate closely with Marketing team to successfully drive the business calendar including promotion, sampling, VIC planning, and eventing for the Omni business
    • Create allocations for omnichannel campaign and communicate to Planning team for forecasting
    • Support no-cost processing and follow through tied to omnichannel marketing needs
    • Build and revise annual budget for marketing strategy (testers, sampling, and promotional spending) and reconcile actual to budget spending quarterly to ensure alignment
  • Communication
    • Communicate updates on ongoing basis in these areas to cross-functional teams, inclusive of OOS, inbound shipments from HQ, outbound shipments from US warehouse for marketing purposes
    • Adhere to retailer deadlines for key projects, following up with cross-functional teams as necessary
  • Forecasting | Execution
    • Analyze warehouse on hands in tandem with forecasts preventing out of stocks while ensuring safety stocks on top selling references in POSM for marketing use
    • Work together with Director, Omnichannel Marketing to secure forecasting, align on programs, manage budget and timeline and roll forecasts monthly for all Omni sampling initiatives.
Marketing Ops

  • Marketing Communication Tools
    • Lead direct communication with agency for package outputs (evites, texts blasts, etc)
    • Manage and update guidelines on consistent basis
    • Present evolutive ideas for marketing communication, elevating the customer experience and assisting the field team
    • Strategically lead printing projects across all teams
Training and Events Support

  • Liaise and manage dialog with MFK approved printer
  • Manage training and events printed tools and shipment (maps, masterclass cards, MFK Handbook updates)
  • Manage coding, delivery, communication of TOAs, product for training and events use

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of Omnichannel Marketing or similar relevant experience
  • 2+ year of experience in sales analytics, Wholesale or Retailer background preferred
  • Sound analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, strong initiative, and ability to thrive in an unstructured environment
  • Deals well with uncertainty
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong computer skills – Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Able to multitask, work within tight deadlines accurately, strong team player, attention to detail. Able to work on own initiative but as part of small team.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $70,000-$75,000.
