We are offering an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing litigation firm for the position of Associate Litigation Attorney. As an Associate Litigation Attorney, you will play a crucial role in our firm's success by handling various aspects of litigation across multiple practice areas, including business litigation, real estate litigation, and trust litigation.

Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including drafting law and motion pleadings, presenting arguments in court, preparing and analyzing discovery materials, and actively participating in trials. With our fully-staffed office located in Fountain Valley, CA, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys and dedicated support staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

We are seeking candidates with 0-5 years of experience who possess a strong academic background, exceptional research and writing skills, and a commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to further develop your legal expertise and contribute to meaningful litigation matters that make a real difference in our clients' lives.

Our office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. We offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications. Please note that this is not a "work from home" position; we require all team members to work from our office location.
