Cramer is looking for an Associate Strategist!
This is a full-time, in-office role that requires 5 days/week in Norwood, MA.
At Cramer, Strategy stays grounded in the audience to unlock new perspectives and possibilities for our clients. As an Associate Strategist, you will work within a team that's committed to understanding patterns and trends, as well as audience truths and shifts that will fuel our strategic findings.
You will be expected to conduct research that allows teams to deeply understand audiences and brand experience opportunities. As well as inform predictions that will drive our agency's thought leadership. Most importantly, you will be expected to bring a passion and desire to learn, a big smile every day and make an impact on our agency and clients.
The Associate Strategist teams up with the Strategy Team to help uncover audience shifts and conduct primary/secondary research that will allow for stronger strategic work. You will report to the VP, Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct all secondary research, in collaboration with the lead Strategist
Gather/mine data (quant and qual), with help from our research tools, to uncover client, competition, category and audience patterns
Assist with stakeholder interviews by writing questions, compiling guides, taking notes and synthesizing themes
Analyze quantitative survey data, pulling through key themes for our clients
Become an expert in our AI tools, to expedite research and strategic output
Seek opportunities to expand your skillset
Support ongoing client and agency needs (such as support for brand planning or QBR presentations, trend monitoring, through leadership contribution, etc.)
Effectively manage your workload across multiple exciting brands and projects at one time.
Requirements
1 - 2 years of experience in an agency is preferred
Excellent time management skills
Resourceful and takes initiative
Curious
Bonus if you have experience with Qualtrics
