Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Litigation Experience: Demonstrated experience in litigation, with a track record of successfully managing cases through to resolution.
Business Law Knowledge: While extensive business law experience is not required, familiarity with business-related legal issues is a plus.
Client Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
