Review of non-immigrant and immigrant visa filings. Require a Law Degree from a credible university and admission to the bar.
1 plus year of immigration experience, preferably in employment-based immigration, but will also accept family-based immigration experience.
Normal rhythm of business with petition review. Coming into a busy time of the year based on volume increase.
Typical: Exclusively petition review, reviewing filings prepared by their team to be filed with the government. Includes manual paper and electronic petitions, and requires onsite.
Skills/Tools: Business immigration experience, reviewing immigration statues. Green card, H-1B, H-1B Cap, Etc.
